Here we Go!!!!
There are a lot of beaches in Southern Maine and one might think, if you have seen one you have seen them all. But this could not be farther from the truth. I have photographed on beaches from York to Rockland. Each one has it's own style and if you will personality. Not only that but they can do a one eighty on you from high tide to low tide and from high noon to sun set. One of the best things about the Maine Coast is that it is so jagged. This means that if you know the right spots you can have the sun setting over the land or over some water. Below are two examples of the sun going down over the water. Which as we know is in the west. OK so yes there is land back there too but you also have quite a bit of ocean.

Here are some things you can do to get the most out of your Senior Beach Pictures
- Visit the Beach at different times of day to see the best light for the look you want.
- Decide on what you want for a background; water, sand, rocks, boats, etc.
- Plan what you want to wear. Choose Colors that work with your beach
- Think about whether you want a high tide or a low tide.
